If your new helt-pro does not fit, you can send it back. For returns please note the following steps:

• Fill in the form and send it to us. 
• We will respond as soon as possible. Afterwards you separate billing from and delivery note. Please fill in the delivery note and put it with the article in the original package. Please fill in the delivery note. So we can act faster and send your money back in a few time. The reason for your return helps us to improve our products and service.
• Please secure packages.
  
  Please note: We cannot accept non-arranged returns and not prepaid deliveries. In this case you have to pay the extra costs too.
