Bis zum 04.04.2010 gewähren wir auf jede Bestellung, die einen helt-pro® der aktuellen Kollektion 2010 enthält, zu dem zweiwöchigen Rückgaberecht das Recht zum Tragen und Testen des helts.
Das heisst also, du darfst innerhalb der zwei Wochen auf der Piste testen. Wenn er dir gefällt behälst du ihn und zahlst, wenn nicht schon geschehen den Rechnungsbetrag.
Wenn er dir nicht gefällt kannst du ihn bequem an uns zurück senden. Falls du schon bezahlt hast erhälst du innerhalb der zwei Wochen das Geld zurück.
Bitte beachte aber, dass wir nur helts zurück nehmen können die maximal normale Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen. helts die Spuren mutwilliger Zerstörung aufweisen können wir nicht zurück nehmen.
Express shipping
Monday to Friday: Orders placed before 13:00 are sent the same day.
Weekend: Orders are sent on Monday afternoon.
Public Holiday: Orders are sent the next working day.

Money back guarantee
Upon receipt of your order you have the right to return the ordered product within 7 days.
We oblige to exchange products or to refund the selling price to you if the products are returned to us in proper conditions and in the original packing.
Before returning products to us you need to register.
Express reimbursement
Products that you return to us must be in new in new conditions, unworn and in the original packaging. In that case we refund the selling price by bank transfer (if necessary Paypal). Note! Delays by bank processes are possible.
Simple exchange
You don't like color, size or other qualities and you would like to exchange the product? We exchange the product for a different one or refund the selling price to the returned product. Products that you return to us must be in new in new conditions, unworn and in the original packaging.

helt-pro doesn't store any of your Paypal or credit card or bank account data.
You can pay us via Paypal (Paypal), credit card (RBS-Worldpay) or advance payment. Within Germany invoice pay is possible.
